Floyd Philander Brown was born on September 11th, 1965, in Caswell County, to Clayborn and Mary Brown. Floyd transitioned peacefully at home on February 7th, 2026.

Floyd was a proud United States Air Force veteran. He was an avid reader that could almost always be found with a book in his hand. Floyd enjoyed surfing the web on his laptop, watching TV and spending time with his family, whom he loved dearly.

Floyd is now reunited with his father in eternal peace.

Floyd’s memories will forever remain with his mother, Mary Brown, of the home; his brothers: Cedric Brown, of Florida, Walter Brown, of Greensboro and Kim Brown, of Reidsville, along with a host of relatives and friends.
